Joeritta came into my life through our friends Susan and Alan, who Alane had known for years, before we were married. She was the most incredible life force that I think I have ever met. I never felt anything but better after I saw her, even though I feel our world views were in some ways far apart, I am grateful to have known her.She died on August 11th.
I met Joeritta when I worked at a restaurant in Belmont, KOC, where Joeritta frequently came for a nice meal and great company. She always greated us with a kiss and a big hug. That alone would make anyone’s day! There is so much to say about Joeritta but I can sum it up in a couple of words. Joeritta was one of the most beautiful human beings and kind and generous as anyone that knew her would attest to. She was the shining star in my day every time I was able to share in her presence. She will be greatly missed by many, but never frett because she lives in all our hearts and I’m sure she will always be watching.
